Recipe: Citrus Rica - Yuzu Coffee Bonbon

A little luxury in a bite. These bonbons pair rich dark chocolate with the bright notes of Citrus Rica and a surprise heart of jam. Think silky, fruity, and coffee kissed all in one.
Ingredients
• 100 g dark chocolate chips (about 3.5 oz)
• 1 sachet Forchewn Citrus Rica
• 5 g coarse ground coffee (about 0.25 oz or 1 teaspoon)
• 30 g yuzu jam or any jam of your choice (about 1 oz)
Equipment
• Any chocolate mold you like
• Glass bowl
• Rubber spatula
• 2 teaspoons
Instructions

Place the chocolate chips into a glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

Microwave on high for 30 to 60 seconds until softened.

While hot, remove the plastic wrap and add the Citrus Rica sachet and ground coffee. Stir with a rubber spatula until all the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Spoon melted chocolate into the mold, filling each cavity one third to one half full. Place in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes until firm.

Remove from the fridge and add a small spoonful of yuzu jam or your jam of choice, filling the cavity to about two thirds. Top with the remaining melted chocolate to the brim. If the chocolate has firmed up, microwave for another 30 seconds before using.

Return the mold to the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes until fully set.
